Chicken Finger

Now I would like to describe the process of making chicken finger..

You will need 500 gram chopped chicken, 35 gram wheat flour, 35 gram bread flour, 35 gram butter, an egg, 50 gram grated cheese, 2 chopped clove of onions, salt and pepper to taste, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. First of all, you put all of the ingredients (except the bread flour) in a bowl. Then mix the ingredients, make sure that the dough becomes smooth. Next, you take the dough little by little and form the dough into oval or fingered-shaped. After forming the dough into finger-shaped, you have to prepare a small bowl of wheat flour, a small bowl of beat egg, a small bowl of bread flour. Then you smear the chicken fingers with wheat flour, dip the chicken fingers in a small bowl of beat egg, and smear the chicken fingers with bread flour. Make sure that each side of chicken finger is covered by bread flour. Then you have to heat oil in a frying pan before frying the chickens fingers in. Fry the chicken fingers until light brown for about two minutes. Then, you remove the chickens fingers into a plate. You will smell their good aroma, hhmmmmmm.... Finally, serve the chicken fingers with sauce. You can taste how delicious the chicken fingers are :)))
